I am seeking a spouse of Jesse Allen who lived in Bedford County Tennessee and had a daughter named Permeila or Permealy born there in 1821. I believe that the spouse may be Cherokee.

If anyone has any information regarding her identity or how I may find her identity, I would very much appreciate hearing from you. I have been looking for this information for years with no success.
