Clay County 1920 census has household 14 in the 4th district enumerated by Charles Hampton.
Alfred Moore 45 born KY
Ava Moore 27 born TN
Anna S 7 born TN
Ina E 5 born TN
Susan 1 1/12 born TN
house 13 was Micajah Rich and house 15 was James S Waddell

I am not through transcribing district 4 of the 1930 census. This family is not present as far as I have gotten, but may be in the part I have left to do. However, they were still present in Clay Co in 1920 and did not move until later than that.

Further looking says that in the 1900 census there was:

Ada Arms daughter of John Henry and Mary (Waddell) Arms, b. 9/1888.
Ada Hays daughter of Luke and Lillie Hays, b 3/1888.

Other Adas in the Clay County Census that year were born a different year, black, known to have married someone besides a Moore. I hope this info may narrow down your search.

There was no Alfred T. Moore in Clay County in 1910. In 1910 there was:

Ada Lee, daughter of William and Julia, age 22.
Ada Holt, daughter of Rock A, age 21. His first wife was dead and he had been married again for only 1 year.

This is assuming they were not yet married in 1910 and she was still living with parents.

Ada Arms is no longer living with her parents in 1910.
Ada Hays and Luke Hays are not in 1910 Clay Co.
