I am looking for any information on the McAuley family of Stewart and Houston Counties. I have traced back to Angus McAuley born in NC came to TN in 1821. I do not know anything else about where he came from or his parents. The first record of Angus (Anguish) is in the 1827 Stewart County Tax List and then on the 1830 Census. Also listed on the 1830 Census is a Daniel, William, and Roderick M
