Trying to find Bedicia Hill's parents--c. 1820 - 10 years ago

I have a great-grandmother, Bedicia Ann Hill Woodruff, (b. 1820 in Georgia) who was lovingly reared by her maternal grandparents in Alabama. I suspect that her parents (the oldest unknown dtr. of James & Francis Hill and an unknown Hill) may have died in Tn. prior to 1830.I know there seems to be a Hill cemetery in Cambell County. Has it yet been recorded for Genweb? Is there anything I ca
